Why lawmakers can’t agree on sticking with standard and daylight saving time
CNN’s Manu Raju spoke with Republican lawmakers on Capitol Hill on the debate to stick with either standard or daylight saving time. Senator Marco Rubio’s Sunshine Protection Act, a bill that would eliminate changing clocks to standard time for four months out of the year, sits at a standstill.
