A man was fatally shot early Sunday in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, the police said.
The shooting was reported at 12:07 a.m. in the 100 block of Berry Street, across Third Street from Oracle Park.
Two men were found injured. One was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
San Francisco’s first homicide of the year was in the same area, a fatal shooting Jan. 6 near Chase Center.
