A two-alarm fire at a commercial building Sunday morning sent a plume of smoke rising above San Leandro.
The fire appeared to tear through a one-story building near the intersection of 139th and Washington avenues in San Leandro, according to the Alameda County Fire Department. Social media users posted photos online of a plume of smoke rising above the city.
