Batter up!
Dead & Company have announced plans to kick off its summer tour at the legendary Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on June 11. The trek also includes stops at some other MLB parks, including — most spectacularly — Wrigley Field in Chicago on June 24 and 25.
Back in its Bay Area stamping grounds, however, the band — which features Grateful Dead alums Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and Bob Weir as well as John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti — will be setting up shop at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View for two nights, June 13 and 14.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. April 8, deadandcompany.com. The band is using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program for this tour. Registration is open through noon April 3 at https://verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/deadandcompany2022. The Verified Fan presale runs 10 a.m. April 5 through 10 p.m. April 7.
