After a two-year pandemic closing, Campbell’s Chez Sovan is back in business — as Bayon Temple.

The rebranding with the name of a famous Angkor Wat temple celebrates the reopening of the Cambodian restaurant on South Bascom Avenue.

The kitchen is again making customers’ favorites, including Amok, a swai fish mousse steamed in banana leaf; Chicken Curry; and Saac-Ang Kebabs of steak, chicken or shrimp marinated in lemongrass, galanga, kaffir, paprika and oyster sauce.

New to the menu are individual combination meals, offered all day. The Khmer Box ($14.95) includes a kebab, appetizer, soup, salad and rice, while the Cambodian Plate ($12.95) features steak, pork or chicken with garlic rice, salad and pickled vegetables.

Details: Open from 11 a.m. daily, until 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 9:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday at 2425 S. Bascom Ave., Campbell. For takeout, call 408- 628-4363.
