With its first U.S. manufactured product, Armscor decides to come out with a bang. Specifically, six resounding bangs to be exact. The introduction of its new VRF14 semi-automatic shotgun is quite a statement from RIA-USA and is worth taking note of.

With an overall length of 26 inches, the VRF14 is a compact and portable option for home defense and recreation. Although the overall length would seem to be illegal, a 14-inch barrel keeps it within legal requirements. Additionally, the 7075-aluminum receiver, coupled with polymer top forend keeps the VRF14 rugged and durable.
Featuring an AR-style pistol grip, the VRF14 has an interface that will be an easy transition from your rifle. However, the short, portable length of the shotgun comes at a cost, as there is no buttstock. As a result, it is a true shoot from the hip option. But, in place of the buttstock is a sling adaptor, for easy carry during a round of shooting.
A Picatinny rail runs almost the entire length of the top side of the VRF14 for the addition of optics and other accessories. But, if you are into iron sights, it ships with flip-up sights. Similarly, two seven-slot side Picatinny rails provide further room for other optics and accessories. Likewise, the entire underside of the handguard features a full-length Picatinny rail for even further expansion.
Chambered in 12-gauge, the VRF14 comes with a 5-round magazine, for 5+1 rounds of semi-automatic action. However, it is compatible with all VR series magazines in 9- and 19-rounds. Correspondingly, the included bufferbolt system helps reduce felt recoil.
