PITTSBURG (CBS SF) — The California Highway Patrol has issued a severe traffic alert Sunday in the East Bay after an injury accident on eastbound CA-4 in Pittsburg.
The traffic collision with injuries happened west of Railroad Avenue in Pittsburg at around 11 a.m., initially blocking all lanes, CHP said.

As of 11:44 a.m., the left and center lanes were still blocked.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and to use alternate routes to avoid the area. Currently there is no estimated time to reopen the roadway.
