DUBLIN — A man was killed in a shooting Friday afternoon in Dublin, police said.
The shooting was reported around 2:20 p.m. at the Emerald Park Apartments, located at 5050 Hacienda Drive, Dublin Police Services said in a news release. Officers arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity was not released Friday.
Police are searching for a suspect.
“At this time, there is no apparent threat to public safety,” police said in the news release.
