ClassicCars TV checks out a 1959 Cadillac Series 62 convertible that received fresh white paint and essential mechanical repairs as part of a mild restoration. Powered by a 390ci V8 that’s paired with an automatic transmission, this one-family-owned Cadillac features several new parts, including the brakes, master cylinder, and mufflers.
The interior, chrome, and stainless steel have been detailed meticulously. We had the opportunity to interview the owner, who shared the vehicle’s history since it was originally purchased in 1959. This drop-top Caddy sold for $165,000 at the Barrett-Jackson 2024 Palm Beach Auction.
