SAN JOSE – A man killed in a shooting last week in San Jose has been identified as 39-year-old Marko Milos Trbojevic, according to the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office.

The shooting was reported at about 1:45 p.m. on Dec. 1 on the 3300 block of Holly Drive.

Officers arrived to find Trbojevic suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the San Jose Police Department. They, along with paramedics, tried to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not announced any arrests or identified any suspects in the case.

The fatal shooting marked the 39th homicide in the city this year, with 30 killings investigated by SJPD and nine — the victims of the May 26 VTA rail-yard shooting — investigated by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.
