Honig: If jury thinks Cohen is lying, verdict will be not guilty
“If Donald trump doesn’t take the stand and i don’t think he will,” says CNN’s Elie Honig, “It’s not for the jury to say, well, who do I believe more? It’s for the jury to say has the prosecution proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt.” And if the jury concludes both Michael Cohen and Donald Trump are “big fat liars….Guess what? The verdict is not guilty.”
