12:22 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 61, got upset with an employee and spit on him. The employee did not want prosecution, but the man was too drunk to care for himself.
Overnight in the 100 block of Heritage Village Way: Someone entered a locked 2017 Subaru and took a wallet.
Overnight in the 100 block of Heritage Village Way: Someone took the front and rear plates from a 2023 Volkswagen.
Overnight in the 200 block of Echo Drive: Someone entered a locked vehicle and took credit cards, cash and other items.
4:29 p.m. in the 00 block of Superior Drive: Someone wired money out of the victim’s account to an unknown account without his approval.

300 block of Union Avenue: Someone used spray paint to damage property at a park.
900 block of Camden Avenue: A white 2001 Ford E250 was stolen over the weekend.
10:46 p.m. at Bascom and Curtner avenues: Officers located a white 2014 Kia Optima that was reported stolen out of San Jose. The vehicle had different plates displayed.
12:18 a.m. in the 800 block of Springfield Drive: A man, 51, wandered in front of the victim’s residence without a lawful purpose. He was cited and released for prowling.

900 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: During an argument, a man, 74, brandished a butcher knife and threatened to kill the victim.
Overnight at Mozart and Bascom avenues: Someone damaged two trees near this intersection.
7:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman was outside her apartment when a man approached her and grabbed her hands. The victim pulled away from the suspect as he attempted to lick her hands.
9:16 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects stuffed merchandise into plastic bags and fled in a green sedan. The same suspects were in the store earlier, but it was not reported.

9:38 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A man, 37, had a felony warrant and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
2:13 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 36, was blocking the sidewalk. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
900 block of Monica Lane: Someone entered a home that is under construction and stole various items.
10:39 p.m. in the 100 block of Salice Way: Two suspects entered a vehicle via window smash and fled.
11:02 p.m. in the 200 block of South Leigh Avenue: Two suspects entered a vehicle via window smash.

10 p.m. in the 400 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone forced entry into three parked vehicles and stole items.
Overnight at North Midway Street and Patio Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.
12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone smashed the toilet paper dispenser.
1:39 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole merchandise and fled.
3:35 p.m. at the Highway 85 pedestrian crossing: Someone threw a rock at a vehicle and shattered the window.
5:11 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 30, was driving a stolen Green Toyota 4Runner that was captured on Flock. An officer located the vehicle as the man was walking away from it. He was in possession of methamphetamine and burglary tools and was under the influence of a stimulant.
9:18 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman’s ex-boyfriend, 37, entered her apartment without her knowledge and refused to let her leave. He was in possession of ketamine, burglary tools, and a key fob for the complex that didn’t belong to him. He had installed hidden cameras in her apartment that she discovered a month ago.
10:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A stolen green 1997 Honda Civic was located.
1:42 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and Second Street: A man, 46, was stopped after and officer saw him doing burnouts downtown. He was found to be DUI.
1:48 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and Second Street: A man, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.

2:30 p.m. in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man spray-painted a pole in the parking lot then fled.
6:10 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: During an argument, the suspect punched the victim in the face. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.
Jan. 7
9:30 a.m. at West Latimer Avenue and Radford Drive: A woman took the victim’s necklace off her neck and replaced it with another one.
