The Oakland Police Department is investigating a shooting early Sunday morning that left an individual injured but in stable condition.
Just before 2:15 a.m., a person was shot on the 1100 block of Franklin Street. After officers found the individual at the scene, paramedics transported them to a hospital.
The police department is asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact the OPD Felony Assault Unit at 510-238-3426.
