“The exterior of this Trans Am was styled after the 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Trans Am and refinished in metallic silver and metallic charcoal,” the listing states. “Features include color-keyed bumpers, red and black accent stripes, a tri-tone Firebird hood graphic, fender flares, removable T-top roof panels, and a rear spoiler. It rides on new aluminum Pontiac snowflake-style wheels with new Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.
The interior features new front bucket seats, rear seat trim and door panels are upholstered in silver vinyl. Amenities include air conditioning, a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo, power steering and power windows.
This Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is powered by an upgraded General Motors 6.0-liter V8 engine with a custom intake cover with a Firebird decal. The engine is paired with a rebuilt automatic overdrive transmission.
According to the seller 1,010 miles have been accrued since the restoration was completed. True chassis mileage is unknown. The CARFAX report starts in October 1982 and shows one minor accident in December 2008.
This Pontiac has new brakes, new brake lines, and suspension hardware. A full-length Flowmaster dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
