OAKLAND — Police have identified a man who was shot and killed inside his vehicle earlier this month.
Ozzie Cleveland, 42, of Oakland, was shot multiple times around 2:30 a.m. Oct. 2 on the 1300 block of 85th Avenue. Emergency responders tried to resuscitate him but he was pronounced dead at the crime scene.
Police have not announced any arrests nor released and suspect information. No suspected motive has been released.
A replica firearm and a bag of marijuana were found in Cleveland’s car, police said.
A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to any arrests in the slaying. Anyone with information can call Oakland police at 510-238-3821 or 510-238-7950, or Crime Stoppers at 510-777-8572.
