Detroit Lions rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold will not travel with the team to Indianapolis and has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Colts because of a groin injury.

Arnold, selected 24th overall in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft out of Alabama, has started all 10 games and has 38 total tackles and 30 solo tackles with six passes defended.

He was a full participant in Friday’s practice and was considered questionable before being downgraded to out.

On Friday, coach Dan Campbell was asked if Arnold would play Sunday and said “he should be good.”

“This morning he went in, got treatment, everything looked like it’s pretty good, so we’ll see what he looks like at practice today,” Campbell said Friday. “I’m not concerned right now, but we’ll see how this day goes.”
