Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. will not play against the New England Patriots in London on Sunday because of a hamstring injury.
Etienne, who got hurt in last week’s loss to the Chicago Bears, was one of the Jaguars’ inactives.
There was some good news for the Jaguars, though: Cornerback Tyson Campbell made his return from injured reserve after missing the past five games because of a hamstring injury.
However, Jaguars offensive tackle Cam Robinson was ruled out during the game with a concussion.
Etienne has rushed for 230 yards and two touchdowns and caught 16 passes for 91 yards this season. Second-year player Tank Bigsby, who leads the Jaguars in rushing (297 yards) and is averaging a league-best 7.2 yards per carry, and veteran D’Ernest Johnson will share the workload against the Patriots, with Bigsby likely getting the majority of the work.
The Patriots, meanwhile, will have running back Rhamondre Stevenson, who missed last week’s loss to the Houston Texans with a foot injury.
