5:08 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in the area. Officers located a 1999 Dodge pick-up that was reported stolen out of San Jose. The vehicle was impounded.

6:25 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Highway 17: A man, 29, threw fist-size rocks at two passing vehicles for no apparent reason. The drivers were not injured, but their cars were damaged. The man had a similar-size rock in his pocket when he was contacted. Police are investigating similar reports over the past few months that match the suspect’s description.

Jan. 9

Overnight in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone broke into a storage shed and took tools.

Overnight at 1 W. Campbell Ave.: Someone spray-painted inside the bathrooms by the tennis courts and skatepark.

1:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects took an umbrella and a blanket without paying.

11:17 p.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 53, was reportedly hunched over, covered in a blanket, outside a building. She had an outstanding warrant and possessed drug paraphernalia.

11:19 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Campbell Avenue: A man, 33, was known to have an outstanding felony warrant. He was arrested for the warrant and was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 10

12:56 p.m. in the 600 block of Campbell Technology Park: During an argument, a transient, 49, placed the victim in a chokehold and pushed her on the side of her head. When the victim attempted to leave the vehicle, the suspect kept her inside. The victim had visible injuries. An restraining order was granted and served.

12:53 a.m. at Ranchero Way and Mitzi Drive: An officer located an unoccupied white BMW reported stolen out of San Jose on Jan. 5 and seen on FLOCK numerous times over the past week.

9:16 p.m. at Rincon Avenue and Salice Way: The victim alleged that the suspect ripped her shirt open and grabbed her breast during an argument. The suspect was not located, and the victim was unable to provide specifics due to her intoxication. She was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself.

Jan. 11

100 block of Victor Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole keys and garage door opener.

300 block of Union Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole keys and garage door opener.

Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: A 2020 Gray Kia Forte was stolen.

7:15 p.m. at East Campbell and South Bascom Avenue: A man, 42, collided with a vehicle and fled the scene. He was contacted in his vehicle in front of his residence and admitted to the collision.

9:03 p.m. at  1 West Campbell Avenue: A man, 39, was causing a disturbance at the pool and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

00 block of La Vonne Drive: Someone used the victim’s debit card and made purchases.

Jan. 12

9:48 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: An officer observed a stolen Kia Forte, an unreported stolen Kia Sportage and an unreported stolen Hyundai Elantra being driven by suspects with gloves and face coverings. The Hyundai fled at a high rate of speed then crashed near Civic and Railway. Two occupants fled on foot but were both captured. One was in possession of switch blade knife and burglary tools, and the other was in possession of concealed dirk/dagger.

10:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: An officer located an unoccupied 2019 Kia Soul following a FLOCK alert.

1:51 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: A man, 26, was involved in a collision and found to be DUI.

Jan 13

9 a.m. in the 2200 block of Central Park Drive: The suspect yelled at the victim in violation of a served no-contact criminal restraining order each has against the other.

7:46  p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole over $1,000 in merchandise.

Jan. 14

9:29 a.m. on San Tomas Expressway: A man, 40, lost control of his vehicle and flipped over. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.

9:09 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects took multiple bottles of alcohol then fled the store.

1:15 a.m. at Lamore and McKinnon drives: An officer located a 1999 Chevrolet reported stolen out of San Jose on Dec. 23. The van was recovered and turned over to the owner.

3:20 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Cadillac Drive: An officer was driving through the area when he interrupted an in-progress vehicle burglary. The suspects fled in a cold-plated Audi SUV.

4:56 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 18, was causing a disturbance with cars in the drive-thru. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.
