Here are three new album releases worth checking out. All of them hit stores on Jan. 19.

‘Saviors,’ Green Day

The East Bay pop-punk heroes are back with their 14th full-length studio effort, which is their first such outing since 2020. It also marks the first time the group has worked with producer Rob Cavallo since the 2012 offering “¡Tré!” The first single from the new album is “The American Dream Is Killing Me,” which was released in October. Green Day is set to support “Saviors” with a massive stadium tour that touches down Sept. 20 at Oracle Park in San Francisco with Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas.

‘Little Rope,’ Sleater-Kinney

The phenomenal Pacific Northwest rock troupe is set to delight fans with the release of a brand new 10-song set. The collection is Sleater-Kinney’s 11th full-length studio outing and follows 2021’s critically acclaimed “Path of Wellness.” The group worked with Grammy-winning producer John Congleton on this new offering.

‘Real Me,’ Kevin Quinn

Millions of TV viewers know him as Xander from the Disney Channel series “Bunk’d” as well from appearing in the 2016 Disney Channel movie “Adventures in Babysitting” and the 2021 Netflix film “A Week Away.” Yet, Quinn is also a talented singer who specializes in making uplifting and inspirational pop songs. His latest offering is this seven-song EP, highlighted by the beautiful track “I’m Not There Yet.”
