7:40 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone lit debris on fire.
7:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 31, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia.
8:27 p.m. in the 200 block of Wilton Drive : A man, 44, and the victim got into an argument over his bringing methamphetamine into the apartment. During the argument, the man grabbed the victim’s arm, causing her to fall to the ground. He also prevented her from leaving and calling 911 on her cell phone. He was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The victim, 35, is on searchable probation for identity theft. During a search of her apartment, burglary tools, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.
Midnight in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone hit the victim in the head with a glass.
100 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue: A black and red 1999 Ford tow truck was stolen.
400 block of Kuehnis Drive: Someone painted the victim’s car with chalk and loosened the lug nuts on a tire.
Dec. 26
300 block of Union Avenue: Someone broke the window to a Kia and punched the ignition.
12:58 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A woman, 35, hit the victim in the face with a laptop during an argument. She also scratched the victim on the neck. She and a man, 30, were under the influence of opioids while caring for a baby.
9 p.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: The victim reported that someone slashed his tire and stole a wreath.
3:56 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 37, was causing a disturbance inside his room. He was hallucinating and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also in possession of cocaine.
4:05 a.m. in the 1400 block of Mcbain Avenue: Someone took property from a truck bed.
4:11 a.m. in the 1400 block of Bent Drive: Three suspects forced entry to a 2005 GMC pick-up and were removing the steering column when a neighbor heard the alarm.
4:35 a.m. in the 300 block of East McGlincy Lane: Three suspects cut the lock to the chain link fence and forced entry into three work trucks.
5:07 a.m. in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue: A white 2005 Cadillac SUV was stolen.

Overnight on Normandy Drive: Someone forced entry into three vehicles on the street and stole items.
Overnight in the 600 block of Beta Court: An Someone forced entry into a van and stole tools.
Overnight in the 1400 block of Walnut Drive: A gold Toyota Camry was stolen.
Overnight in the 400 block of East McGlincy Lane: Someone forced entry into three trailers and stole items.
7:36 p.m. in the 300 block of Virginia Avenue: Someone entered the victim’s house via rear window smash and stole several items.
12:52 a.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: Someone cut a hole in a chain-link fence on the property.
3:18 a.m. in the 100 block of John Kirk Court: A man, 33, was contacted after a noise complaint from a vehicle outside the address. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Paraphernalia, heroin and methamphetamine for sales as well as a large amount of cash were located. He said there were more narcotics in the home.
3:31 a.m. at East Hamilton and Esther avenues: A man, 20, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of methamphetamine. He is on formal probation out of San Benito County.
5:19 a.m. in the 900 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: Someone attempted to steal a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado but was interrupted by the victim.
Dec. 28
8:36 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: During an argument over money that a man, 19, stole, the man placed the victim in a chokehold. The victim did not lose consciousness and declined medical attention. The man had the money inside of his pocket when he was taken into custody.
11:59 a.m. in the 600 block of Campbell Technology Park: A man, 40, was taken into custody when he walked to a stolen white Ford transit van. He fled from the vehicle on foot but was caught by an officer. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of fentanyl. He had three felony warrants.
Overnight in the 100 block of South Third Street: A blue 2005 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab was stolen.
1800 100 block of John Kirk Court: A man, 33, was also in possession of .22 magnum and .40 caliber ammunition and magazines, as well as burglary tools, Xanax for sales and drug paraphernalia. Cash proceeds from the sales of narcotics were seized.
9:12 p.m. at Camden Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 72, was involved in a single-vehicle collision and fled the scene. He was contacted as he arrived at his home and was found to be DUI.
9:53 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Hamilton Avenue: A driver, 21, was contacted after being involved in a collision and found to be DUI. A woman, 55, was screaming in the roadway and said she was very intoxicated.
Dec. 29
500 block of Railway Avenue: The front license plate was stolen off a 2019 Honda HRV.
6:02 p.m. at East Campbell Avenue and Page Street: A woman, 29, collided with a streetlight while driving and was DUI. She was cited and released to the hospital.
9:18 p.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: A woman, 35, got into an argument with the victim and cut them in the neck with a butcher knife. The woman violated a peaceful contact order protecting the victim.
10:09 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 27, brandished a handgun after being refused alcohol. Security took the handgun from him and held him until officers arrived. He had an additional loaded extended magazine. The victim desired prosecution.
2:42 a.m. in the 600 block of Nello Drive.: During an argument, two suspects were seen driving their respective vehicles erratically. One attempted to flee and to kick an officer. The other was in possession of psilocybin and cocaine. Both were found to be DUI on drugs and alcohol.
Dec. 30
Overnight in the 900 block of Hedegard Avenue: Someone forced entry through a back window, stole jewelry and fled.
8:56 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: During an argument, the suspect pushed the victim against a window then choked her.
11:48 a.m. in the 300 block of North Third Street: A man, 43, was trespassing and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
1:59 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man was too intoxicated to care for himself.
6:34 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects entered a store and stole hair and makeup products.
3:18 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A driver was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
Dec. 31
10:14 p.m. at Campbell and Union avenues: A woman, 23, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be DUI.
12:50 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 36, was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be under the combined influence of drugs and alcohol.
