Trump taking steps
to dehumanize enemies
Re: “Trump takes Veterans Day speech in different direction” (Page A7, Nov. 12).
We are humans, not vermin.
We are not wild animals harmful to crops, farm animals or game, nor are we parasitic worms or insects. We are human beings who deserve to be respected.
We, as a country, should be immensely offended that a person running for the highest office should use such deplorable language, and during a Veterans Day speech no less. It pains me deeply that my fellow Republicans are not more vocal in their condemnation of his continued vile, venomous speech.
