A second woman has accused rock star Steven Tyler of sexual assault from decades ago. This is the second alleged victim that has accused Tyler of sexual assault in the 1970s.
Jeanne Bellino – who was previously a child and teen model – alleges that Tyler sexually assaulted her “in approximately 1975 when she was approximately 17 years old.” At the time of the accusations, Tyler was 27.
Bellino, now 66, claimed that she was invited to party with Aerosmith at the Warwick Hotel in New York City around 1975. Bellino’s lawsuit claims that Tyler “forced” the teen into a phone booth where he kissed and groped the then-teenage model.
“Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth,” the lawsuit alleges.
Bellino said Tyler was “mauling and groping,” “humping” and “pretending to have sex with” her outside of the phone booth, according to WNBC. Bellino said that Tyler was “holding her capture,” according to Newsweek.
People magazine reported, “‘The ‘Dream On’ singer also allegedly groped Bellino and simulated sex with an erect penis while others stood by, laughing and watching without intervening. She claims the incident was her first sexual experience.”
The alleged victim claimed that nobody attempted to come to her aid.
The suit also alleges that Tyler sexually assaulted Bellino once they arrived at the hotel.
According to Page Six, “Once the Grammy winner ‘abruptly left’ to go to his room, Bellino says she sat in the hotel lobby ‘sobbing and afraid.'”
“Tyler used his power, influence, and authority, as a well-known musician to sexually assault” Bellino alleges in the lawsuit that was filed on Thursday in New York Supreme Court.
The lawsuit claims that Bellino suffered “physical, psychological and emotional injuries” because of the sexual interaction with the rock star. She also alleged that the sexual encounter was not consensual.
The alleged victim’s attorney, Jeff Anderson, told People magazine, “Jeanne is now 66 years old and suffered in silence and humiliated shame for so many years, and had the courage to now tell her story. As horrific as it is, it’s powerful, and she wanted Latina women and girls to know they can stand up and speak out.”
As Blaze News previously reported, another woman accused Tyler of sexual assault from decades ago.
In December, Julia Misley accused Tyler of engaging in a sexual relationship with her shortly after her 16th birthday in 1973. At the time, Tyler was 25 years old.
Tyler previously claimed that the underage girl consented to the sexual relationship.
However, the alleged victim’s attorney argued that the young girl was “powerless to resist” the rock legend, who had “power, fame, and substantial financial ability.”
Representatives for Tyler did not immediately respond to a request for comment from NBC News.
