Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this restored 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Holiday Coupe. This vehicle, originally delivered to Reynaud Oldsmobile in Santa Rosa, California, draws power from an L74 Rocket 350cid V8 paired with a TH350 automatic transmission. Options include air conditioning, power steering and brakes, and dual exhausts. Finished in Topaz over a gold vinyl and cloth interior, this Cutlass S is offered with a build sheet, owner’s booklets, and clear title.
In 2015, the owner went through an inside-and-out restoration, including applying the Topaz (code 65) paint and replating the chrome brightwork. Options include driver-side mirror and tinted windshield.
The 14-inch Super Stock II wheels have polished trim rings and are wrapped in black sidewall tires.
The bench seat interior was reupholstered in gold vinyl and cloth (code 334). Features include Cutlass floor mats, air conditioning, Deluxe steering wheel and power steering, Deluxe AM radio, and trunk-mounted spare tire.
Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and fuel gauge with warning lamps. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 93,051 miles, which the selling dealer believes to be the original miles.
The reportedly numbers-matching L74 Rocket 350cid V8 was originally rated at 310 horsepower. It directs power to the rear wheels via a reportedly original TH350 three-speed automatic.
Braking is power-assisted. Breathing is assisted by a dual exhaust system.
The dealer has provided a video with a start-up sequence and exterior walk-around, which can be seen below.
