You wouldn’t expect “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer” to be so closely associated, but here we are.

The two films, which are both being released July 21 in the United States, have become entangled in moviegoers’ minds despite their wildly divergent themes. “Oppenheimer” is about the nuclear physicist who was the head of Los Alamos Laboratory, which was instrumental in the development of the first-ever nuclear bomb. “Barbie,” on the other hand, is about the doll (and Ken) traveling from Barbieland to the real world.

Many moviegoers are making a double feature out of the two films, which have become known as “Barbenheimer.” Several teams are getting in on the fun, of course, and what better way to do so than to highlight the aesthetic difference between them?
