Eventbrite has reportedly put the kibosh on a post about an event meant to advocate for women’s rights, which are under attack due to the radical leftist gender ideology movement.

“We’re reaching out regarding your event listing, ‘Let Women Speak Austin,'” Eventbrite Trust and Safety wrote, according to a screenshot of the message shared on social media by Michelle Evans. “We have determined that your event is not permitted on the Eventbrite platform as it violates our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, specifically our policy on Hateful, Dangerous, or Violent Content and Events. As a result, your event has been unpublished.”

When sharing the screenshot, Evans wrote, “Attention @eventbrite – being a woman is not a hate crime.”

“What is hateful about sex-based rights, @eventbritehelp? Do you not believe women deserve rights, safety, dignity and protection?” she wrote in another tweet.

A tweet pinned to the top of Evans’ Twitter page includes an Eventbrite link which currently directs to a notice that states, “This event is currently unavailable.”

An event description in her tweet indicates that the event will involve “Women speaking out about the harms of gender ideology, the erasure of women, the mutiliation of healthy bodies, and the protection of our sex-based rights.”

Eventbrite bills itself as a platform “that allows anyone to create, share, find and attend events that fuel their passions,” but the company has a history of removing posts for events that challenge radical leftist gender ideology. It has previously nixed posts for events related to conservative commentator Matt Walsh’s “What Is a Woman?” documentary.
