Barrett-Jackson brought a wave of excitement to the stage with a remarkable charity auction on Friday, featuring the VIN 001 2024 Lancer Craft Elite Runabout Boat. Generous winning bidder Dave Maxwell will be taking the 20-foot boat home with 100 percent of the $110,000 hammer price going to the American Cancer Society. Longtime Barrett-Jackson friends Mike and Tracy Patterson donated an additional $50,000 to the cause, which was followed by a $5,000 donation on the arena floor – bringing the total raised to $165,000.
Nearly 200 extraordinary collector vehicles graced the legendary auction block today, spanning from awe-inspiring muscle cars to breathtaking Resto-Mods and one-of-a-kind gems. Taking the spotlight on Friday was a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro custom convertible (Lot #407) achieving top honors with a sale price of $135,300.
Other notable highlights included a 1948 Chevrolet 3100 Canopy Express (Lot #420.1) and a 1969 Plymouth HEMI Road Runner (Lot #469) each selling for $121,000, the iconic 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 (Lot #430) for $117,700, and a 1959 Plymouth Sport Fury (Lot #420) for $110,000.
Held in the entertainment capital of the world, the Las Vegas Auction attracted celebrities and prominent sports figures, including Anfernee Simons, a professional basketball player for the Portland Trail Blazers, along with John Harbaugh, the Super-Bowl-winning head coach for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens. Danny “The Count” Koker, a frequent Barrett-Jackson guest and TV personality, also stopped by to check out the collector vehicles. The Barrett-Jackson Fan Zone showcased meet and greets with Professional Bull Rider Eli Vastbinder and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, 2023 UFC Hall of Fame inductee.

Gas pumps continued to captivate buyers, with notable sales that included a spectacular 1928 Ford Wayne Model 515 visible gas pump (Lot #7276) that sold for $149,500 – setting a new auction world record – while a late 1950s-early ’60s Ford Wayne 505 gas pump (Lot #7278) and a 1940s-50s Ford Wayne #70 dealership gas pump (Lot #7281) each sold for $34,500. Neon also captivated bidders, with a large 1950s Chevrolet OK Used Cars porcelain sign with neon (Lot #7299) that sold for $24,150, followed by a large 1930 Shell Oil porcelain with neon sign (Lot #7298.1) that went to its new home for $23,000.
