Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this 1963 Chevrolet Corvette convertible.

This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray convertible receives torque from a numbers-matching 327ci small-block V8 connected to a Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission. It comes with two available tops: a removable hardtop with a carrying stand, and a black retractable soft top. Additional features include a radio, whitewall tires, and chrome brightwork. Finished in Riverside Red over a black vinyl interior, this C2 Corvette is being sold with an owner’s manual, restoration documentation, a car cover, a service manual, and a clear New York title in the seller’s name.

The Riverside Red body is accented by chrome trim, retractable headlights, a driver-side mirror, and rocker moldings. The seller has garage-kept this C2 for the last three years. Two tops are included: a black soft-top and a body-colored removable hardtop with a stand and a cover.

Aluminum 15-inch turbine-style wheels have been mounted to 215/75-sized Hankook Optimo whitewall tires.

The two-seat cockpit has black vinyl upholstery, matched to the door panels, dash, and carpeting. Options include a radio, a clock, a heater, and floor mats.

Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 2,402 miles, although true mileage on the chassis is not known.

Under the hood lies a reportedly numbers-matching L76 327ci small-block V8 that was rated at 340 horsepower. Torque is sent rearward through a numbers-matching Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a Positraction axle with 4.11-ratio gearing.

Included in the sale are the hardtop and stand, a cover for the hardtop, a cover for the car, an owner’s manual, a service manual, receipts, a shop manual, a technical information manual, and a judging guide.
