If you’re from Michigan, you remember the ridiculous and draconian COVID-19 lockdown measures, most of which didn’t even make sense. Not to mention the recent passage of “red flag” laws here in Michigan. So, when the Michigan Tactical Officers Association reached out to Michigan-based Fenix Ammunition for free training ammo, he had some choice words for them.
CEO of Fenix Ammunition Delivers Conditions for Free Ammo to MTOA
Recently, the Michigan Tactical Officers Association reached out to Fenix Ammo requesting ammunition for training. The request was in preparation for a training conference in Traverse City the following week. In it, the MTOA representative requested any 9mm or .223 ammunition the company was willing to donate.
However, CEO Justin Nazaroff decided instead to take the opportunity to essentially tell them to pound sand. He also felt that this was a good time to remind MI law enforcement about the Second Amendment. Specifically, he notified the MTOA that he would be happy to provide some ammo under certain conditions.
In the reply from Nazaroff, he wants “a face-to-face apology from every Michigan police officer who enforced COVID lockdown orders.”
He specifically cites a Novi police officer who reported his business to the health department for not wearing masks.
But he wasn’t done, the reply goes on to demand:
“A written, signed statement from the Michigan Police, Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, and the MTOA pledging your refusal to enforce any ‘red flag’ gun confiscation, or ANY OTHER future gun confiscation programs instituted by either the State of Michigan or the Federal government including a refusal to assist the BATFE in ANY firearm enforcement efforts.”
Nazaroff stated that anything less than meeting these criteria is unacceptable. Likewise, he won’t be part of enhancing training to be turned against the American public, as it already has.
According to the Daily Caller, “Nazaroff told the Daily Caller he always strove to support law enforcement in the past, and claimed he donated ammunition to the MTOA for their previous training conferences.”

Nazaroff points out in his reply that the organization chose the most expensive hotel in the state for its training. A choice that uses money that could have been better spent on equipment for training its officers. So, he suggests that MTOA seek donations from “large, multinational corporations with no morals or principles.”
Calling the request a complete joke, he suggests, “Buy your own sh*t.”
After stating that MI police “went whole-hog deepthroating Gretchen Whitmer’s high heels two years ago,” he parted with this:
“Have a great conference, and be sure to let me know if you can comply with the terms above.”
I, for one, would love to see the MTOA comply with the terms, but I won’t be holding my breath. However, if, in some weird plot twist, they actually do, we will be here for it.
