10:27 a.m. in the 1200 block of White Oaks Road : An 18-year-old rented a 2022 GMC Savana and did not return it.
10:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Harriet Avenue: Three suspects broke into a house when the victim was not home and stole was several items. At 11:58 a.m., the same suspects forced entry into a house in the 600 block of Sobrato Drive while the victim was asleep inside, ransacked it and stole several items.
12:44 p.m. in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: The victim paid an someone for a short-term lease that did not exist.
1:19 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: An unknown object hit the victim’s window and broke it. The victim believes someone threw an item at his window.
Overnight in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A white 2011 Ford Econoline van with a tracker on was stolen then recovered in San Jose.
8:05 p.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: Someone used the victim’s personal ID information to seek employment.
12:26 a.m. in the 1000 block of Camden Avenue: Two suspects attempted to force entry into a machine. The suspects used power tools but were unsuccessful.
May 9
Overnight in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim left his computer on the patio overnight, and it was stolen.
4:13 p.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A man, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a pipe and meth.
3:56 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Darryl Drive: Someone kicked the victim’s car after a road rage incident with another driver who was not the victim.
Overnight in the 1000 block of Monica Lane: Someone attempted to steal the catalytic converter from a Toyota Prius.
6:43 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A witness saw a man, 20, and the victim, 22, fighting inside their car. They were contacted, and the man was arrested and booked.
7:49 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 48, reported that his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. Shortly after, it was discovered he was involved in an injury hit and run collision in San Jose.
11:25 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 28, was reportedly twirling a knife around and was shoplifting. He was contacted inside the business and was found to be in possession of a butterfly knife, drug paraphernalia and someone else’s ID card, which he claimed he found.
12:11 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 32, was causing a disturbance at a business. She was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant.
May 10
4 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects broke into a vehicle and took items.
9:18 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Officers responded to a stolen vehicle hit of a white 1997 Honda Accord that was stolen out of San Jose on May 7. A man, 25, and a woman, 32, were in the car and were arrested. Both suspects also possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
12:03 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 46, was reportedly acting suspicious. He was contacted and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
10 p.m. in the 100 block of North Central Avenue: A woman, 38, was welfare checked after she sent a message to her mother saying she had to barricade herself in the bathroom. During the investigation, it was found that she pushed the victim.
May 11
Overnight at Dot and West Campbell avenues The catalytic converter was stolen from a 2006 Toyota Prius.
11:02 a.m. in the 700 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 66, was contacted during a welfare check. He threatened to kill officers if they did not leave him alone. He resisted while being placed in handcuffs and was transported to be medically cleared due to his level of alcohol intoxication.
9:11 p.m. in the 100 block of East Campbell Avenue: Three suspects were seen on surveillance video on the property. One was in possession of drug paraphernalia, another was in possession of fentanyl and the third was in possession of methamphetamine.
May 12
4 a.m. in the 900 block of Connie Drive: A vehicle was stolen from the street and then located unoccupied at West Sunnyoaks Avenue and Sobrato Drive.
Overnight at Via Ranchero and West Hacienda Avenue: Someone used black spray paint on three residential fences.
Overnight at South Winchester Boulevard and San Tomas Expressway: Someone used black spray paint to write on the overpass pillars.
200 block of Budd Avenue: The catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle.
1800 block of West Campbell Avenue: The rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
7:08 p.m. at East Hamilton and South Bascom avenues: A man, 21, was the passenger in a vehicle that was involved in two burglaries within the last week. A vehicle stop was conducted, and the man was positively identified by the officer as one of the suspects involved in one of the burglaries. The man admitted to being involved in one of the burglaries but not the other.
12:38 a.m. at Sobrato Drive and West Sunnyoaks Avenue: A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was out on bail. During a search of the vehicle, a fentanyl pill was located.
1:53 a.m. in the 800 block of Kenneth Avenue: A woman, 30, was found passed out in her vehicle in the middle of the road. She was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
2:38 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and Page Street: A man, 33, was offering to sell methamphetamine to bystanders. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
May 13
1800 block of S. Winchester Boulevard: Someone pried a second-story door to gain entry and then kicked in all the doors. One laptop was reported as stolen.
Overnight in the 800 block of Sobrato Drive: A vehicle was stolen from the street. All keys were accounted for.
7:57 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:
(S) Maria Hernandez, 49 years old, of San Jose
A woman, 49, was driving while drinking with two victims in the vehicle. The victims called police, and officers contacted the driver as she walked away from the vehicle. She was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
10:52 p.m. in the 900 block of Sharmon Palms: A man, 37, got into a physical altercation with the victim.
May 14
6:46 a.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: A transient man, 34, was on the front porch of a vacant apartment. He had a Santa Clara County probation card that did not belong to him in his possession.
10:33 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: Officers located a stolen vehicle in a parking lot. A man, 47, was arrested as he walked away from the car. He had outstanding warrants, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and was under the influence of a stimulant.
1:04 a.m. at the Campbell Community Center: Officers located a vehicle that was reported stolen out of San Jose on May 2.
2:08 a.m. in the 600 block of Campbell Technology Park: A transient man, 46, was sleeping inside his car. He possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and was under the influence of a stimulant.
