This pony car is finished in Guardsman Blue that’s complemented by front and rear chrome bumpers, Mustang emblems, and extensive brightwork throughout. It rides on chrome five-spoke wheels with radial tires.
“The blue vinyl front bucket seats and the matching rear seat are original, according to the selling dealer,” the listing states. “Features include power steering, power brakes, a floor-mounted automatic shifter, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. One of the seams in the front passenger-side seat is ripped.”
This pony car has a 289ci V8 engine upgraded with an aluminum intake, a four-barrel carburetor with an electric choke, and an HEI distributor. The engine bay is spruced up with a chrome shock tower brace, a chrome air cleaner, an aluminum radiator, and finned Cobra valve covers. An automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels. This Mustang has a full-length dual exhaust system.
The sale includes a clear title, and the odometer reads 55,821 miles, but the true mileage on this 1965 Ford Mustang is unknown.
