Costco Wholesale got a sluggish start to its new fiscal year, missing earnings and revenue expectations and sending the stock lower in after-hours trading on Thursday.
Investors had been wary headed into Costco ‘s (ticker: COST) first-quarter earnings print after a weaker-than-expected November sales report that surprised investors last week. The results released Thursday amplified those concerns.
