SANTA CLARA — Deebo Samuel’s hamstring issue won’t keep him out today against the New Orleans Saints.

Samuel, limited last week in practice, will suit up as the 49ers (6-4) seek their fourth straight win. That streak opened with an Oct. 30 win at the Los Angeles Rams in which Samuel did not play because of a hamstring injury that is unrelated to the issue that limited him in practice this week, according to coach Kyle Shanahan.

The New Orleans Saints also will have one of their marquee playmaker available in Alvin Kamara, who was questionable because of an illness that sidelined him from Thursday’s practice.

49ERS INACTIVES

Not suiting up for the 49ers are:

DEFENSIVE LINE JUGGLE

The 49ers made a defensive line move official: T.Y. McGill was signed off the practice squad, and Kemoko Turay was released in a corresponding roster move Saturday. McGill came up from the practice squad to play in each of the past three’ wins, and Turay was inactivated in each of those games.

Offensive tackle Trevor Penning and cornerback Bradley Roby were activated Saturday off the Saints’ injured reserve list.
