The 2022 Los Angeles Auto Show is a great opportunity for automakers and the like to show off their wares and impress the public with possible future products. Charge Cars is attempting to envision an automotive future with a classic vehicle profile built on tomorrow’s technology. The ’67 by Charge Cars looks like it should be speeding through San Francisco with Steve McQueen behind the wheel but is an electric vehicle with enough power to go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9-seconds.

Amenities are great, but when using a classic body, you’ll need performance to back up the aesthetics and the ’67 abides with 1120 lb-ft of torque and 536 horsepower. Stout numbers that should impress possible consumers as the ’67 by Charge Cars continues its world tour to spread the word of this EV that Steve McQueen would look cool driving.

“We are excited to continue our US tour with a display at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which begins later this week. It will give enthusiasts and potential customers an opportunity to see the ’67 by Charge Cars in the flesh and get a proper insight into the technology we’ve packaged in the iconic vehicle,” said Vadim Shagaleev, CEO of Charge Cars.
