Marin County Sheriff’s deputies recovered a “ghost gun,” a firearm typically manufactured privately without a serial number, following a traffic stop on East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in San Rafael.
Deputies searched a car following a traffic stop shortly before 1:30 a.m. Friday, recovering the gun and suspected cocaine, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.
Kevin Cideos Serrano, 19, of Richmond, who was a passenger, was arrested on suspicion of gun and drug offenses and booked into the Marin County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, which he later posted. The driver was released at the scene.Source: www.mercurynews.com
