Michelle Obama is set to embark on a six-city book tour this fall.
The trek includes two stops in the Golden State: Dec. 10 at the Masonic in San Francisco and Dec. 13 at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Sept. 30, ticketmaster.com. But fans may want to try for ducats through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform, which is used “to ensure tickets get into the hands of fans directly,” according to a news release. Fans can register at https://verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/michelleobama through Sept. 26 to take part in the Verified Fan presale.
The former first lady will be supporting her highly anticipated new book, “The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times.” This book — which follows the No. 1 bestselling memoir “Becoming, former First Lady” — is due out Nov. 15. For more information, visit www.michelleobamabooks.com.
