Sept. 12

200 block of Union Avenue: A bike was stolen from an unsecured bicycle rack.

Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: The catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle.

4:12 p.m. in the 600 block of West Valley Drive: The suspect wrote graffiti on the victim’s vehicle and slashed his tires, then texted him to come outside and look at his vehicle. Once outside, an altercation took place during which the victim claims the suspect drove her car toward him. A restraining order was granted.

10:35 p.m. at Curtner Avenue and McGlincy Lane: A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had three 5g bags of methamphetamine in his possession, and text messages stating he was selling it. He also had a glass smoking pipe.

12:26 a.m. at Railway Avenue and Orchard City Drive: A transient, 31, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were in possession of needles and had a homemade mailbox key.

12:54 a.m. in the 100 block of Rose Court: A couple was intoxicated and got into an argument. A woman, 43, threw the TV on the floor and it hit the victim’s hand, causing a scratch. A restraining order was granted.

12:15 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone used a rock to break the front door and took money out of the register.

Sept. 13

9:33 a.m. in the 200 block of Dillon Avenue: A man, 35, was at his parent’s house with his mother, in violation of three no-contact domestic violence restraining orders. He was under the influence of meth outside in front of the residence and yelling at people. He exposed his genitals to multiple people driving by, which was observed by someone who desired prosecution. He barricaded himself in the house when officers arrived but eventually came outside.

12:22 p.m. in the 16000 block of Loretta Lane: A suspect, 37, wanted to speak with an officer about a possible fraud issue. They were found to have a $25,000 warrant for domestic violence.

1:28 p.m. at Kuehnis Drive and Robway Avenue: Two people were observed in fighting in a vehicle. One witness saw the victim trying to get out and the suspect pulling her back into the vehicle. The vehicle then fled the area with both people inside. The victim was contacted via video chat and had a bloody nose. The victim was no longer with the suspect and was uncooperative.

3:10 p.m. at Friar Way and Manx Avenue: A man, 61, was found to have a drug paraphernalia in his possession.

5:54 a.m. in the 50 block of Civic Center Drive: A man was contacted during a welfare check and determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

12:01 a.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Someone cut the locks off of the gate in an attempt to gain entry.

11:12 p.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 24, kept trying to reach for something in his car and was asked to get out. He resisted officers as they attempted to put him in handcuffs. During the altercation, he threw his wallet, which contained meth. Additional meth packaged for sales was located in the car along with a replica handgun.

3:49 a.m. at Hamilton and Meridian avenues: A man, 60, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During a search, a crack pipe and crack cocaine were located.

Sept. 14

11:10 a.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: A man arrived at the residence and found all his belongings outside. The victim alleged that the suspect forced himself into the apartment. She feared for her safety and walked out of the apartment while the suspect locked the door behind her. He gathered his stuff, then left. The victim alleged that the suspect stole a ring. Based on her fear and prior domestic violence incidents, a restraining order was granted but not served. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival but was contacted over the phone and denied the allegations.

4:09 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and West Sunnyoaks Avenue: A transient man, 59, was inside of his vehicle that was parked next to the railroad tracks. He had two felony warrants for his arrest and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:01 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A display containing merchandise was stolen from a store.

7:05 p.m. in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone attempted to break into a car by prying the windows open.

9:25 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient man, 24, took merchandise from the smoke shop and fled. A man, 18, was waiting for him in a stolen vehicle. Both fled prior to officers’ arrival but walked back to the car while officers were on scene. The first man had the stolen merchandise, a tooter straw and burnt tinfoil, and was under the influence.

Sept. 15

Overnight in the 1200 block of Lenor Way: Someone sprayed on the fence sometime overnight.

10:15 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 40, caused a disturbance at the office building and made criminal threats. She was arrested and booked.

6:36 p.m. at East Campbell and South Bascom avenues: A woman, 44, was passed out in her vehicle in the middle of the intersection. She was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

9:30 p.m. in the 100 block of West Latimer Avenue: Someone was seen outside of the victim’s window in the front yard peeping through the window. They fled prior to officers’ arrival and was seen walking eastbound on Latimer Avenue.

11:32 p.m. in the 1200 block of Shady Dale Avenue: Two people attempted to force entry into a vehicle but were interrupted by the victim and fled southbound on Midway Avenue

1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Four suspects stole merchandise from the store and the business wanted prosecution.

Sept. 16

Overnight in the 200 block of Union Avenue: Someone forced entry into six mail boxes.

10:36 a.m. at Payne Avenue and Millich Lane: An officer located a Hyundai that was reported stolen out of San Jose two days prior.

Overnight in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Someone slashed the tires to the victim’s car.

11:58 a.m. in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: A juvenile, 17, has become increasingly hostile toward his mother. The teen has threatened to drown their mom if she calls the police. The teen also takes the phone from her and blocks her path so she does not leave the apartment. The teen also broke her car door window.

3:03 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient woman, 40, was causing a disturbance. She was found to be under the influence of controlled substance and was arrested.

9 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man was stumbling through the parking lot with blood on his face and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He also had several lacerations to the face and required medical attention.

9:32 p.m. at East Campbell Avenue and North First Street: A man, 31, was following the victim while making verbal threats to harm him. During the incident, the man called the victim a homophobic slur several times. The victim feared for his safety. The man denied using any slur, but after he was arrested, he used it front of officers.

1:32 a.m. at East Hamilton and South Bascom avenues: A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. He has a prior felony DUI.

4:54 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 55, called police to report his coworker had left with his laptop and phone. The man was in possession of pepper spray and is a convicted felon. He did not want anything done about the theft.

Sept. 17

2:11 a.m. in the 200 block of East Hacienda Avenue: A vehicle was stolen from a business.

9:54 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: An officer located a Mazda reported stolen out of San Jose on Sept. 16 in the parking lot. A man, 40, was in the car and was arrested. He was also in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

11 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue: The victim’s wallet was stolen from his car while it was parked. His credit card was then used.

3:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of Capri Drive: The suspect met with the victim to buy an item from the victim. The victim counted the money but sometime during the transaction, the suspect switched the money and left a counterfeit bill.

4:11 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man complained that his windshield was chipped during a car wash. The man was shown video surveillance that showed that the chip was there prior to the wash. The man became angry and spat on the victim, then fled.

1 a.m. at Orchard City Drive at South First Street: A man, 33, was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:41 a.m. at East Hamilton and North Central avenues: A man, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 18

Overnight in the 500 block of Millich Drive.: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle and stole sunglasses and binoculars.

5:30 p.m. at Railway and Kennedy: A man, 30, was involved in a collision and found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs. He was on probation.

12:48 a.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: A transient man, 55, was found to have a meth pipe in his possession.

12:38 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone forced entry into a tool shed on the east side of the bathrooms and took hand tools.

1:19 a.m. in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: A transient man, 54, was contacted in the park after hours. He had a stalking warrant and had meth and nunchucks in his vehicle.

3:23 a.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: Someone jumped onto the victim’s balcony and took his bike. The victim chased the suspect and recovered his bike.
