Overnight in the 00 block of Heritage Village Lane: A black 1997 Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck was stolen.

5:44 p.m. in the 1000 block of McBain Avenue: A man, 58, was in possession of a glass smoking pipe.

6:48 p.m. in the 200 block of Wilton Drive: Officers responded to a loud music call and contacted (S) Eric Capella 41yrs. A probation search was done and meth for sales, marijuana for sales, Percocet, and glass smoking pipes were located.

8:16 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 46, was contacted in his car and arrested on his warrants.

9:48 p.m. at Creekside and Campisi Way: A man, 34, was under the influence of fentanyl. He had a badly infected leg and needed medical attention. He also had a felony theft warrant for his arrest.

11 p.m. in the 300 block of Railway Avenue: Someone took unattended credit cards, IDs and other personal items while at a party.

1:24 a.m. at De Carli Court: A man, 46, was yelling outside. He wanted to fight officers, but did not. He was too intoxicated to care for himself.

Sept. 6

Overnight in the 900 block of Hazelwood Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole personal items.

1400 block of Abbott Avenue Someone wrote graffiti in the men’s restroom.

8:18 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 60, caused a disturbance and had an outstanding felony warrant for robbery and misdemeanor warrant for battery.

9:08 a.m. in the 1000 block of Erin Way: Someone caused a disturbance at the residence in violation of a restraining order.

9:55 a.m. at Dell Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A man, 40, was contacted during a welfare check. Officers saw drug paraphernalia in plain view. During a search, he was found to be in possession of meth and heroin. He lied about his name to conceal his felony burglary warrant.

Overnight in the 100 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone cut and stole the catalytic convertor from a Honda Accord.

1 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Baywood Avenue: A woman drove up to a man, 80, and asked directions. The driver attempted to pay the victim for helping her, but he refused. The woman insisted and shoved a $10 bill his pocket, but removed the cash he had in his pocket. She fled in a newer-model black SUV occupied by three or four other people.

Midway Street and Patio Court: Someone cut and stole the catalytic convertor from a Toyota Sequoia.

4:41 p.m. in the 3500 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim found his 1996 Ford Ranger, which he had reported stolen out of San Jose.

Overnight in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A bag containing personal belongings was stolen.

8:58 p.m. in the 100 block of Wilton: The victim alleged the suspect punched him in the face, and he wanted prosecution. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.

9:08 p.m. in the 00 block of North Second Street: A man, 59, was contacted by officers after he dropped his glass pipe on the ground. He immediately resisted when officers tried to detain him and continued to struggle with officers until he was placed in a patrol vehicle. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

12:09 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A transient woman, 38, was contact during a sweep of encampments along the highway. She had a felony warrant and had methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in her possession.

1:31 p.m. at East Campbell and South Bascom avenues: A man, 39, was stopped for a moving violation while on his bicycle. He was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:30 p.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Dry Creek Road: A woman, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. The (S) was determined to be intoxicated while driving.

Sept. 7

8:29 a.m. in the 1800 block of Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke into an exterior shed, rummaged through it and sprayed the exterior wall of a building.

Overnight in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone damaged the floor and walls on the exterior of a business.

Overnight in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue: Someone broke the lockbox to a business and used the key to gain access. The suspect used power tools to cut open the ATM and took money. They also took the business’s point of sale machine and an iPad.

1 p.m. in the 1100 block of Boise Drive: Someone through a rock through the window of a car.

8:38 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 37, was lying on the ground moaning and had a pipe in his hand. He was found to be in possession of fentanyl

1:32 a.m. in the 100 block of Calado Avenue: Two men were seen on CCTV jumping the fence into the pool area. Both men gained access to the restrooms and were using the showers. One man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant, and the other was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

2:56 a.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Southwest Expressway: A woman, 22, and a man, 26, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The woman was in possession of drug paraphernalia, and the man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

Sept. 8

2:44 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and had an outstanding warrant.

1:49 p.m. in the 1000 block of Ridgeley Drive: A woman, 27, called for the police. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was arrested.

3:47 p.m. at Budd Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 30, was passed out in front of a business. He was found to be in violation of sex offender registration and was arrested.

6:26 p.m. in the 500 block of Virginia Avenue: Someone forced entry into a residence via window smash.

11:19 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Camden Avenue: A man, 51, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was on searchable probation, and methamphetamine was located inside of the vehicle.

12:10 a.m. in the 2200 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 29, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

12:18 a.m. at S. Bascom Avenue and Arroyo Seco Drive: A man, 42, was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

1:18 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and North Second Street: A man, 29, was located pass out on the sidewalk and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

Sept. 9

1:13 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Third Street: Officers located a Nissan reported stolen out of San Jose on Sept. 5.

1:38 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Four suspects entered a store and stole merchandise.

6:26 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole merchandise from the business and fled.

9:05 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 48, was found to be stealing merchandise and loading it into his vehicle.

9:19 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: As officers responded to an alarm, they located a van in the parking lot that had been reported stolen out of Santa Clara on Sept. 6. A transient man, 37, was contacted as he was walking away from the van. A transient woman, 37,was located inside the van. The man was on probation and had outstanding felony warrants for a probation violation. The woman had outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants for her arrest. Both were in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

12:57 a.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Woodward Road: A man was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree. He was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He spit on an officer.

Sept. 10

3:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 44, was contacted for displaying a false registration tab and found to have pepper spray. He is on probation out of Santa Cruz.

12:40 a.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: a woman was contacted after she caused a disturbance inside a bar. She was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself and was arrested.

2:40 a.m. at Highway 17 and White Oaks Road: A man, 28, was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that was stopped at the intersection. He was found to be DUI. His license was suspended, and he had three prior convictions for DUI within the last 10 years.

8:20 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole merchandise and walked out of the business.

Sept. 11

4 a.m. in the 1100 block of Bismark Drive: Someone stole the catalytic converter from a Prius.

8:25 a.m. in the 100 block of Echo Drive: After a verbal argument, the victim was trying to drive out of the carport, and the suspect stood in the way, preventing the victim from leaving.

10:51 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone walked into a business, punched an employee in the face and ran out. The suspect was followed by a witness and contacted. The victim desired prosecution.

11:26 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: During an argument, the suspect hit the victim on the head and face, causing visible injury. The suspect also had an outstanding $15,000 warrant for DUI.

Overnight at Ontario and San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone stole the catalytic converter from a Prius.

3:11 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects stole merchandise from a business and fled the scene.

8:52 p.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A transient man, 28, possessed a meth pipe.

Overnight in the 1200 block of Tolworth Drive: Someone took the catalytic converter from a Honda.

9:54 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A transient man, 38, took the tip jar from inside a business. Officers ordered him to stop, but he continued to run into the creek, where he gave up.

11:50 p.m. at Eden Avenue and Rosemary Lane: A driver was stopped for vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

12:11 a.m. at railroad tracks north of Hamilton Avenue: A transient woman, 59, and a transient man, 40, were yelling and causing a disturbance. The woman had a meth pipe in her possession, and the man had a warrant.

3:30 a.m. at South Bascom and Campbell avenues: A man, 43, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and had four convictions in the past 10 years.

4 a.m. at Salmar and Harrison avenues: A man, 33, was passed out in his vehicle on the shoulder of the road. He was too intoxicated to care for himself.
