Firefighters battled a structure fire on the 100 block of Alamo Ranch Road in Alamo on Saturday afternoon.
The fire spread from the structure to the surrounding vegetation. The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District required aid from Cal Fire, Alameda County Fire and Contra Costa Fire. Firefighters quickly got the vegetation fire under control after it burned about 3 acres.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
