MARTINEZ — A 23-year-old man was charged with murder in connection with a June 14 shooting in Rodeo, court records show.

Joseph Gladney was charged with murdering 25-year-old Vinson Bragg, as well as making criminal threats. He also faces a firearm enhancement on the murder charge, which could add to his sentence if he’s convicted.
