A San Jose man was arrested Saturday in connection with selling drugs to Mountain View middle school students.
Mountain View police say they began their investigation in mid-May after reports of an individual who was selling cannabis to the students primarily over social media channels. Students were then using vape pens to smoke the cannabis, authorities said.
On June 17, authorities executed a search warrant of Michael Angelo Fazio’s home and found a ghost gun, an illegal shotgun and $2,000 in cash.
Fazio was later arrested on suspicion of selling cannabis to minors under 14. Police said their investigation is ongoing and that more information will be released in the coming weeks.
