NAPA COUNTY – Crews on Tuesday afternoon were fighting a fire northeast of Napa, authorities said.
The blaze was reported at 3:35 p.m. on Old Soda Springs Road, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. As of 9 p.m., it was 570 acres and 5 percent contained.
Cal Fire said the fire was threatening 50 structures. Evacuations have been ordered in the area.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
