Getting your first tattoo is a rite of passage. No matter who you are, it’s an exciting process. There are plenty of routes to go with your first tattoo but overall, we usually wouldn’t recommend a job stopper. However, we have a feeling that Olivia Rodrigo, Charli D’Amelio, Avani Gregg and Iris Apatow won’t have to worry about that.
If you’re unfamiliar with any of these names, allows me to fill you in. Olivia Rodrigo is one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, delivering multi-platinum singles such as “Drivers License,” “Good 4 U” and “Deja Vu.” Charli D’Amelio is currently the most followed user on TikTok with a staggering 138.2 million followers on the app. Avani Gregg is one of the biggest creators on the platform as well with an impressive 40.4 million followers. Last, but not least, Iris Apatow is an actress who’s appeared in a number of her father, Judd Apatow’s, films.
During a girls’ night in Los Angeles, the famous foursome decided to get matching tattoos. They opted for finger tattoos, with two of the friends getting smiley faces and two getting hearts. As far as we know, these were all of the stars’ first tattoos.
Each of the tattoos were inked by Los Angeles’ artist Mez Afram. Afram specializes in black-and-grey and has inked a number of other celebrities in the past, giving The Kid LAROI his first tattoo in November 2021.
