MORGAN HILL – Police on Friday night were investigating a shooting in Morgan Hill.
The shooting was reported on Monterey Road near Sun Valley Market, the Morgan Hill Police Department said in a tweet at 5:50 p.m. Friday.
Additional details about the shooting were not immediately available.
Police asked people to avoid the area.
Southbound Monterey Road is closed from Dunne Avenue to San Pedro Avenue, police said.
