The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has agents from the Dallas Field Division assisting with the hostage situation at a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, according to a tweet from ATF’s official account.
The FBI and Texas Department of Public Safety are assisting as well, and an FBI crisis negotiator is still in contact with the suspect inside Congregation Beth Israel, where at least four people — including a rabbi — are being held hostage.
