Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has cleared the NBA’s health and safety protocols and is eligible to play in Monday’s home game against the Miami Heat.
Green played 34 minutes in the Warriors’ Christmas Day win over the Phoenix Suns, dishing out 10 assists while scoring eight points and pulling down eight rebounds.
The three-time NBA champion was placed in the protocols on Dec. 27. He was not listed on Sunday’s injury report.
While Golden State is off on Sunday, Green is now free to work out at the Chase Center if he chooses to.
Green is averaging 8.4 points, 7.9 rebounds and 7.5 assists this season. The Warriors went 1-1 in his absence.
