10:32 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A man was acting suspiciously. During a consent search, he was found to be in possession of a meth pipe.

Overnight in the 10 block of Cherry Avenue: An unknown suspect cut and removed the catalytic converter from (V)’s vehicle.

1:41 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Phoenix Drive: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and during a during a consent search, he was found to be in possession of meth.

Overnight in the 800 block of Gale Drive: A motorcycle was stolen.

7:15 p.m. in the 100 block of San Tomas Aquino Road: A wallet was stolen.

10:59 p.m. at Dunster Drive and Hamilton Avenue: a man was involved in a collision and fled. He was located and cited.

11:25 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One possessed methamphetamine and the other, drug paraphernalia. Both were cited and released.

1:01 a.m. at Bascom Avenue and Woodard Road: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and was under the influence of a controlled substance.

600 block of Marathon Drive: The victim alleged that a suspect pushed him during a dispute. The victim desires prosecution.

Sept. 14

Overnight in the 60 block of Shelley Avenue: Someone gained entry into an unlocked vehicle and stole items.

4:18 a.m. in the 1300 block of Sharp Avenue: Someone gained entry to a utility trailer and stole items.

5:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of West Campbell Avenue: The victim alleges that the suspect pushed him into a machine during an argument.

1:08 p.m. in the 1600 block of Dell Avenue: A man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

2:56 p.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man was contacted during an enforcement stop, and a records check revealed he had multiple warrants.

5:47 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone damaged a vehicle hood.

6:48 p.m. in the 1700 block of Villarita Drive: The victim was scammed when she was called and told there was a warrant for her arrest unless she sent money on gift cards.

9:18 p.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man was intoxicated at the rear of a business. He was unable to care for himself and was arrested.

10:09 p.m. at 70 N. First St.: A man turned himself in on several outstanding warrants. He was arrested and found to also be in possession of methamphetamine.

12:05 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: was seen pulling on the doors trying to get in the building. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed methamphetamine.

2:33 a.m. in the 600 block of E. Campbell Avenue: Two unknown suspects broke into a car in the parking lot and stole items.

Sept. 15

5:17 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue.: Someone smashed the front window to a business and made entry.

11:31 a.m. in the 1200 block of White Oaks Avenue: Someone rented a vehicle and has not returned it.

12:43 p.m. at Downing Avenue and Longshore Drive: A man was seen possibly stripping wires from an exposed manhole. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and prescription pills not prescribed to him. There were also cut wires coming out of the manhole.

5:32 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and South First Street: A driver collided with parked cars. She was intoxicated and injured.

9:56 p.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: Two women were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One was found to be DUI. The other was too intoxicated to care for herself.

11:58 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A man was passed out at the intersection and was found to be DUI.

12:32 a.m. at Camden Avenue and Erin Way: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was arrested and booked for several outstanding warrants, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

1:06 a.m. in the 1200 block of Lovell Avenue: A man was shot in the leg when his revolver discharged after it fell to the floor.

1700 block of W Campbell Avenue: A wallet was stolen out of a vehicle.

Sept. 16

7:02 a.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: An officer located a vehicle stolen out of San Jose.

Overnight in the 200 block of Rose Court: A vehicle was stolen.

9:30 a.m. at Hamilton and Winchester: A suspect in a white van pointed a black semiautomatic handgun at the victim after a road rage incident.

2:13 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. He also possessed methamphetamine.

2:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man was contacted and found to be under the influence of meth.

4 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: The suspect entered a business, selected several items and left without paying. The victim desired prosecution.

5:36 p.m. in the 800 block of Loyalton Drive: The victim made an explicit video and sent it to an unknown person they met online. The suspect threatened to publish the video unless the victim paid cash.

10:13 p.m. at Campbell and Union avenues: A driver was stopped for a vehicle code violation and displayed objective symptoms of intoxication.

10:36 p.m. in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: A man was stopped in the park after hours. He was found in possession of 2 oz. of marijuana and more than 100 THC cartridges. He also possessed cash and plastic baggies indicative of sales.

12:56 a.m. at Campbell and Dillon avenues: A man was stopped for vehicle code violations. He displayed objective symptom of intoxication. He failed to perform sobriety field tests as instructed and admitted to drinking.

100 block of Wilton Drive: Two suspects have made threats to the victim, trying to dissuade her from cooperating in her case against one of the suspects.

1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 42, got in an altercation with teenage children and hit one of them. He swung a machete at them a week prior and hit his wife.

800 block of Connie Drive: Someone accessed the victim’s account and stole funds.

Sept. 17

11:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole items out of the back of a vehicle.

1:32 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, items in the apartment were destroyed. Both parties denied having a physical altercation.

11:42 a.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were found to be under the influence of meth and in possession.

2:38 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A man, 50, was involved in a disturbance. He was found to be under the influence and had a pipe.

3:07 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Campbell Avenue: A white 2022 Ford F250 pickup was stolen.

5:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of White Oaks Avenue: The rear plate was stolen from a 2007 Chevy Silverado pickup.

8:54 p.m. in the 2400 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects entered and selected items. One suspect left the store and was confronted by the victim. The other suspect approached the pair and slapped victim’s hand away, saying he was going to beat up the victim if he tried to reclaim the items.

9:06 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 44, was passed out in his vehicle. After being woken up, he was too intoxicated to perform sobriety field tests.

8:10 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A woman was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. A search of her vehicle revealed 25.7g of meth, 9.3g of heroin, Xanax pills still in a wrapper, cash, and scales. She was also in possession of other people’s property.

9:39 p.m. in the 300 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A man, 55, was arrested after brandishing a knife at the victim and threatening him.

12:08 a.m. at Campbell and Railway avenues: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

100 block of Rex Circle: Someone used the victim’s credit card to purchase items.

Sept. 18

10:31 a.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man showed up to a soccer game his ex-wife was attending in violation of a no-contact domestic violence order. He left before police arrived.

1700 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone forced entry into a bank of mailboxes.

2:42 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 34, and a woman were reported by multiple neighbors of being in a fight where the man was heard yelling that he was going to kill the woman. Both parties were contacted and denied the altercation. The woman had scratches and bruising on her.

6 a.m. in the 700 block of East McGlincy Lane: Someone took items from outside of the victim’s house.

Overnight in the 900 block of Crockett Avenue: Someone broke into a bank of mailboxes and took mail.

6:48 p.m. at Campbell and Union avenues: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to have a suspended license and was aware of it. His vehicle was impounded. A search of the vehicle revealed several mason jars of marijuana, a jar of psilocybin, heroin, a MDMA pill, paraphernalia, and a functioning scale. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

8:19 p.m. in the 700 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man was observed passed out partially in the roadway. He was found to be too intoxicated and arrested.

8:10 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 38, was reported as acting bizarre and paranoid. He displayed symptoms of stimulant used. He was found to be under the influence and arrested. At jail he attempted to kick and bite an officer several times.

8:52 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 35, was reported to have stolen items and fought security while trying to exit. He also attempted to take a man’s phone while he was calling 911. He mimicked having a firearm in a shoulder-style backpack across his chest. He failed to comply with commands to drop the weapon and assaulted a nurse.

3:28 a.m. in the 00 block of North First Street: A man, 36, was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested.

Sept. 19

9:05 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: During an argument, the husband pushed his wife down and slapped her, causing a scratch and redness to her face. He fled prior to police contact.

9:49 a.m. in the 1400 block of Ontario Lane: During an argument, a man, 23, kicked the victim in the shin.

1:04 p.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A woman reported that her purse was stolen from her unlocked vehicle. The purse contained her cellphone, which was tracked to the shopping cart of another woman, 59. The purse and phone were recovered and returned to the victim.

7 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 40, was causing a disturbance. He had an outstanding warrant.

9:54 p.m. in the 00 block of Curtner Avenue: During an argument over personal property, the suspect closed the car door and struck the victim with it.

4:42 a.m. in the 1100 block of Longfellow Avenue: Someone stole a brown 1995 Honda Accord and fled. The suspect left behind an unreported stolen vehicle out of San Jose, which was released to the owner.

4:42 a.m. at Holmes and Kilmer: Someone smashed the window to a car and rummaged through it. No loss was reported.
