SAN JOSE — Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision that left a man with life-threatening injuries early Saturday morning.
The man was hit by a vehicle at the 300 block of East Santa Clara Street, near the San Jose State University campus. He is currently in stable condition, police said.
Authorities responded at about 4:14 a.m. and temporarily closed the street between 7th and 9th streets, as well as between 17th and 19th streets. The roadway has since been reopened.
Units are currently at the scene of a hit and run involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the 300 block of Santa Clara St.
One adult male victim with life threatening injuries.
