Overnight in the 1100 block of Linda Drive: Someone gained entry into a vehicle and stole items.

9:42 a.m. in the 900 block of Dell Avenue: A man took his dog into the emergency vet clinic for treatment as it appeared sick. It was discovered that the dog was under the influence of meth, benzodiazepine and morphine. The suspect was not present when police arrived.

11:08 a.m. at Genevieve Lane and Westfield Avenue: Two men were contacted in a vehicle. One was found to be in possession of a shaved key. The other was in possession of a shaved key, methamphetamine and pepper spray as a prohibited person.

Overnight in the 100 block of East Rosemary Lane: Someone stole the rear license plate from a vehicle.

Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone stole the antenna off a vehicle.

6:53 p.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: Two victims were approached by two suspects. One displayed a handgun, and both victims fled. The suspect with the gun chased one victim and stole items. The other victim fled and was not located.

Overnight in the 1800 block of Montemar Way: Someone smashed a car window and rummaged through the interior.

9:41 p.m. in the 100 block of San Tomas Aquino Road: A man was sleeping outside a business and refused to leave. He had an outstanding warrant.

Midnight at Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He possessed drug paraphernalia and meth, and was under the influence of a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 1800 block of Montemar Way: Someone smashed a car window and rummaged through the interior.

Overnight in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle.

7:51 p.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

9:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman was causing a disturbance. She had an outstanding warrant.

9:48 p.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, possessed methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, heroin, and misappropriated found property.

10:41 p.m. in the 1700 block of Dell Avenue: Someone broke a window to a business and fled after hearing the janitor inside.

11:04 p.m. in the 1600 block of Dell Avenue: A man was contacted in the parking lot. He possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

11:58 p.m. in the 1300 block of Dell Avenue: Someone shot BBs through windows at a complex.

12:52 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One possessed a dirk/dagger, and the other had methamphetamine.

1600 block of Adrien Drive: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle and ransacked it.

Sept. 1

9 a.m. in the 1200 block of Capri Drive: A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle.

Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle, ransacked it and stole items.

Overnight in the 1600 block of Westmont Avenue: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle and ransacked the glove box.

Overnight in the 100 block of Cherry Lane: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle and ransacked it.

Overnight in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle.

9:04 a.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: The suspect was throwing items into the roadway and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 800 block of Monica Lane: Someone broke a window to a vehicle.

Overnight in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle, ransacked it and stole items.

Overnight in the 1700 block of Regina Way: Someone smashed the front passenger window of a vehicle and ransacked it.

2:22 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: The suspect approached the passenger’s side of a vehicle while the victim was sitting inside, smashed the window and stole her purse. The suspect fled to a vehicle that was parked directly behind the victim’s vehicle.

Overnight at Nello Drive and Adler Avenue: Someone cut the catalytic converter off a vehicle.

1 a.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A man was contacted for a vehicle code violation and found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

1:58 a.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: A man was contacted during a traffic enforcement stop and found to have an outstanding $50,000 warrant.

400 block of Sobrato Drive: A catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Accord.

Sept. 2

7:38 a.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had an outstanding warrant and was in possession of a methamphetamine and burglary tools.

12:52 p.m. at East Hamilton and Salmar avenues: A man was reported as walking up to vehicles in the intersection and asking for money. Officers made contact with the man, who ran from the officers southbound across East Hamilton Avenue, where the officers were able to catch up to him. After a brief struggle, the suspect was taken into custody.

1:39 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A vehicle was stolen.

3:06 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man put on a pair of shoes and walked out of the store without paying for them. He was stopped, and the store wanted prosecution.

1 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone’s wallet was stolen while shopping.

8:27 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man was attempting to conceal power tools. He was contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also in possession of pepper spray as a prohibited person and in possession of fentanyl.

10:25 p.m. in the 200 block of Radford: A man was called on as acting suspicious. He was contacted and determined to be too intoxicated to care for his safety.

10:52 p.m. at Darryl and Gale drives: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also in possession of a pipe.

1 p.m. in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle.

1:52 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A man collided with a vehicle in the parking lot of Jack-in-the-Box and left. He failed to yield to police units but was eventually pulled over. He was found to be DUI.

2 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Police units responded to a report of a male walking around with a machete and found an apartment with a door kicked in.

2:33 a.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A man was passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle in “drive.” He was contacted and found to be DUI.

Sept. 3

7 a.m. in the 800 block of North Central Avenue: Someone smashed a window to a Chevrolet Impala and stole an item.

7:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: Someone tried to force entry into a truck and locked storage compartments. There were pry marks on the driver’s side door handle and the locks to the storage compartments. There was no entry made into the truck or the storage compartments.

8:37 a.m. at East Campbell and Union avenues: A man, 55, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance. HE was in possession of a billy club.

Overnight in the 1100 block of Arroyo Seco Drive: Someone shattered the rear window to a Toyota Highlander.

8 a.m. in the 1300 block of McBain Avenue: A black utility trailer was stolen.

3:01 p.m. in the 900 block of Apricot Avenue: A man, 44, and his girlfriend got into a verbal argument that turned physical. He headbutted her and pushed her against the door.

3:55 p.m. at 70 N. First St.: While using the phone located outside of the front door, a female smashed the phone receiver to the base unit attached to the wall.

8 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke into a 2008 Honda Odyssey and stole items.

9:46 p.m. in the 00 block of North Second Street:  A man, 27, was in an argument with his girlfriend. He was seen choking her at one point. He was found to be DUI.

Sept. 4

8:13 a.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: A suspect walked out of the store without paying for merchandise. They were found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia.

100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: A blue Jeep Grand Cherokee had been parked in front of the store for the past week. The vehicle had to stolen plates attached to it. The vehicle was confirmed stolen.

9:26 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: Two people got into verbal argument that escalated when one threw water at the other. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival.

1:10 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two men entered a store, stole items and fled.

12:20 p.m. in the 100 block of Winslow Court: A neighbor heard a woman, 95, tell another woman, 62, to “stop slapping me” and “stop hitting me”. The older woman told police that the younger woman hit her once and that it had happened it the past.

2:32 p.m.in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: A man, 35, was seen going into the backyard. He got into a verbal argument with residents. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

2:28 p.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 55, was screaming at a wall. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

6:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 34, started a physical fight after telling the victim what tasks to do at work. He punched the victim and was alleged to have choked him. The victim had a small cut under his eye.

7:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: A woman, 35, was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. She was contacted and displayed symptoms of depressant use. She was found to be DUI.

8:32 p.m. at Carlyn and Hamilton avenues: A 17-year-old was involved in a collision with a parked car. The suspect was on juvenile probation and was unlicensed. During an inventory of the vehicle, a small bag with crystalline substance believed to be meth was found.

9:44 p.m. at Hamilton and Leigh avenues: A woman, 21, was involved in a collision in the intersection. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She failed to perform sobriety field tests as instructed and was arrested.

11:15 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 28, was involved in a hit and run collision in the parking lot. She walked away from the collision after parking her vehicle and returned a short time later. She was found to be DUI and arrested. She kicked the patrol car windows and kicked an officer.

11:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 35,  was passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle in a drive-through. He was found to be DUI.

400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole the victim’s credit card and used it to make purchases.

Sept. 5

8:34 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 43, caused a disturbance and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She spit on an officer and threated violence toward officers.

12:37 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A 27-year-old was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and metal knuckles.

900 block of Gwen Drive: A blue 1999 Honda CRV was stolen.

3:23 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 65, caused a disturbance, then stole money out of a tip jar. He was contacted and provided a false name. He was found to be under the influence of meth. At jail, he was found to be concealing a bag of meth between his ankle and his ankle monitor.

7:13 p.m. in the 100 block of West Rincon Avenue: A man, 37, assaulted the victim unprovoked, punching them two times in the face causing a broken nose and a laceration above the right eye.

6:56 p.m. at Curtner Avenue and Salerno Drive: A man, 25, was contacted during a vehicle enforcement stop and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

8:43 p.m. at Highway 17 and Camden Avenue: A 40-year-old fled from officers at a high rate of speed during a vehicle enforcement stop.

8:59 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, punched the victim in the chest during an argument. He destroyed the interior of the room by breaking the door jamb, door, window pane, floor tiles and kitchen plates. The man lit the victim’s clothing on fire, causing smoke, fire and water damage.

3:44 a.m. in the 400 block of McGlincy Lane: A man, 42, collided with a parked vehicle and fled the scene. He was contacted and found to be too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle.
